Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 610 HUB (“610 HUB”, “we”, “us”), a product of 610 Productions. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

610 HUB is a workspace for creative studios and agencies to manage projects, timelines, files, approvals, messaging and client collaboration. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with Google. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@610productions.ca.

3. Agency and client roles

Accounts are either agency or client. Agencies create and manage projects; clients are granted scoped, view-and-approve access to the projects they are invited to via an access code. You are responsible for the data and collaborators you bring into a project.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Upload malware or attempt to breach the Service’s security.
• Access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, resell or abuse the Service or its providers.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display User Content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the User Content you submit.

6. Subscriptions and billing

New agency accounts may include a free trial. Paid plans, when enabled, are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If billing is not yet enabled for your account, premium features may be provided on a trial or complimentary basis and are subject to change.

7. Intellectual property

610 HUB, including its software, design and branding, is owned by 610 Productions and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Supabase, Vercel, Google and, where applicable, Stripe). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 610 HUB and 610 Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may request account deletion at info@610productions.ca.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
