This Privacy Policy explains how 610 HUB (“610 HUB”, “we”, “us”), a product of 610 Productions, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use our web application and related services (the “Service”). 1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, company name and password (passwords are stored and verified by our authentication provider; we never see your plaintext password).
• Google account information — if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to create and authenticate your account.
• Workspace content — projects, milestones, tasks, files, approvals, invoices and messages that you and your collaborators create within the Service.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account and authenticate you.
• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To enable collaboration between agencies and their clients.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To protect the Service against fraud, abuse and security threats.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Google user data & Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request access to your basic Google profile (name, email and profile picture) for the sole purpose of authenticating you and creating your 610 HUB account. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with the law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that power 610 HUB — including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting) and, if billing is enabled, Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
• Collaborators you invite — clients and team members you add to a project can see the content within that project.
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@610productions.ca.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, row-level access controls and scoped, signed file access — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including Canada’s PIPEDA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@610productions.ca.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
